Terms and Conditions Welcome Offer

The Welcome Offer discount extended by WIT Fitness is valid for customers who have not yet made a purchase or signed up to WIT Fitness' database. The 10% discount (subject to change at our discretion), will therefore only be valid on a customer's first order. 

Please be advised that the following applies:

1. To claim the Welcome Offer discount, customers must enter their details into either (i) the Welcome Pop-up window upon first arriving at our site or (ii) navigating to the sign up block in our site's footer.  

2. The Welcome Offer discount will be in the form of a discount code, emailed directly to customers who signed up as per point 1, to be used on their first order at WIT Fitness. Email delivery times can vary and should not be expected to be immediate. Should a customer sign up and not receive a code in a reasonable amount of time, the customer should check their Junk, Trash, Spam, Promotion and Social (in the case of Gmail) folders before contacting our Customer Care representatives. 

3. Customers must use the Welcome Offer discount code at checkout to realise the discount. 

4. The Welcome Offer is not valid, and may not be used, on: 

  • Sale items
  • Launch Products
  • Newly launched products or product collaborations
  • Products over 4kg, including but not limited to dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted vests, sand bags and other purposely heavy items
  • Technology items, including but not limited to Theragun, HyperIce and Polar
  • NOBULL Products

5. The Welcome Offer discount is not valid on the shipping pricing related to a customer's order. In this way, the Welcome Offer discount will be deducted form the total cost of items in the customer's cart. The full cost of shipping will still be charged on the discounted items. 

6. WIN A FITNESS STARTER PACK GIVEAWAY (August 2021) - All sign ups will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a Fitness Start Pack from WIT consisting a a Hyperice massage gun, a 3-piece WIT Editions outfit (3 items of your choice), a shoe of your choice to suit your training (a weightlifting shoe, functional training shoe or HIIT shoe of your choice) , a speed rope (RPM Session 4.0 or Velittes Fire Rope), and a WIT backpack for your sessions (Medium or Large). Multiple entries not valid. Winner will be chosen at random and announced via email on the 10th of September. Competition available globally. All entrants will also receive a £15 voucher to spend at WIT, valid for 14 days from sign up, minimum £50 spend applies. Voucher issues via email shortly after sign up.
