If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your WIT Fitness purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided ALL items still have their original tags attached to them.
Our returns policy is outlined below:
We offer returns within the EU and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. Returns cost a flat rate of €5.99.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
All returns should be in 'as new condition' both unwashed and unworn, within the original box, and, crucially, with the item(s) tags still attached.
All items are subject to inspection.
Returning an online purchase
To make an online return, follow these few simple steps:

- Enter your order number and postcode
- Choose the item(s) you would like to return
- Select your preferred method of return.
- Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag
- Drop off at nearest post office or drop off location depending on the service you’ve selected.
You will be able to track your return through our portal and via the confirmation email.
Once your items are received at our warehouse it can take up to 25 working days to process refunds. Funds will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.
Exchanges will be processed in 3 – 5 days. Should the item you want no longer be in stock you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Service team.
Should you believe an item purchased from WIT Fitness to be faulty, please get in touch at email@example.com
Items deemed to be truthfully faulty by our team will be fully refunded, or a replacement will be offered where available. Items deemed not to be faulty will be returned to the customer.
