F45 ADAPTED VERSION OF THE WORKOUT 'THREEPEAT'

Today’s Functional Fitness Test is a rowdy one! Read on here to make sure you’re adhering to ALL the workout standards.

This is an adapted version of F45’s workout ‘3peat’. The aim of this workout is to hit the TARGETED REPS in each of the five stations with the intention of reaching the total amount of points available - 15 points. How do you get a point? READ ON.

The workout format is as follows:

5 stations
1 set each each station
45 secs of work
15 seconds rest
3 laps of the 5 stations
90 seconds between each lap.

How do you get a point?

Simple. By hitting the amount of targeted reps for each station stated in the video. We have listed them below here as well!

WHEN you hit the targeted amounts of reps. STOP and use the remaining time for rest! Don’t be a rookie and carry on!
